Wikipedia for NEWS
I go to Wikipedia to look at new breaking news events. They are often more relevant and up to date than the traditional commercial news with submissions from people who were often there when it happened. A good example of this was the London bombings - take a look for yourself. smilies/wink.gif

Used appropriately and with care, as a home-work resource for the kids it has no equal. For answering those "silly" questions and triva you get when watching television in the evening, there is no better place. Coupled with "google", the information treasure chest that is the internet at your finger-tips has come of age. It is easy to lose yourself for hours reading it...
